RATES
Full-day facilitations begin at $3,500 and half-day rates start at $2,500. Rates will vary based on retreat length, location, travel time, and agenda customization.
My Story
With over 25 years of experience in technology management and consulting, Shoby has worn many hats: solutions consultant, executive, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader. He has served clients across diverse industries, strategically blending people, processes, and systems to solve complex business challenges. After successfully exiting his technology business, Shoby now focuses his energy on his true passion—helping others grow, evolve, and reach their highest potential while building great businesses with a greater purpose. A guiding mantra that resonates deeply with him is St. Jerome’s timeless wisdom: “Good, better, best. Never let it rest, until your good is better, and your better best.”
Shoby’s entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding two thriving companies and two impactful nonprofit organizations. He finds immense fulfillment in working alongside CEOs, business owners, peer advisory forums, and nonprofit leadership teams. Yet, his greatest joy comes from his role as a husband and father, where he finds his most important calling, purpose and inspiration.
