Matthew had a very keen ability to come into a new organization and quickly understand the issue we face. Not that he has all the answers but he walks us through a process to help us get to a resolution...which is how it should work! Great listener. Very impressed with him.Garth, Pacific Mobile Structures
Mathew took the time to learn about the company before the retreat and it showed. He was able to get things out of us that we would never have known if we did not have him. Sometimes you need someone to ask the right question in order get the right answer!
Our event would not have been as productive without Matthew leading us and keeping focus on the timeline and highest priority of topics. Keeping us on track and discussions productive lead to accomplishing much more than we would have without him facilitating! Thank you!
Matthew connects with a group. His eye contact and ability to keenly listen is refreshing. He controls the conversations in a way that is not authoritarian and keeps people focused.
Mathew had a great personal sense of individual and team awareness. He did a great job getting people engaged. His awareness of individual personality type was extraordinary.
Matthew did an excellent job keeping the conversations on topic, shutting down tangents before they could spiral out, and paid attention to how each individual felt during the meeting. He took the time to talk to people outside of the meeting as well. I was very impressed.

Matthew understood our culture and felt like one of us even while facilitating. He seemed sincerely invested. I'm glad we will continue to meet with Matthew.
Matthew was incredible at keeping the meeting moving while giving everyone a voice. He pulled people in that had information to contribute, giving everyone a chance to be heard! He helped guide us to be more productive and assisted when discussions where not getting resolved and moved the meeting along while assuring the discussion was of value. Highly recommend Matthew!
