Mathew took the time to learn about the company before the retreat and it showed. He was able to get things out of us that we would never have known if we did not have him. Sometimes you need someone to ask the right question in order get the right answer!

Matthew was incredible at keeping the meeting moving while giving everyone a voice. He pulled people in that had information to contribute, giving everyone a chance to be heard! He helped guide us to be more productive and assisted when discussions where not getting resolved and moved the meeting along while assuring the discussion was of value. Highly recommend Matthew!
