My Story

Colton founded FoxFuel Creative out of his basement in 2015. They were cash flow positive in 90 days and worked with clients from Fortune 100 companies to local bars and breweries while growing the team to 10 folks and roughly $2m in revenue by 2019.

At FoxFuel, Colton serves as CEO and is responsible for client relationships, guiding the discovery process through brand strategy into early creative concepting. With more than a decade of marketing experience, Colton has worked to develop brand and marketing strategies for TSA Pre-Check, Ben Folds, Saint Thomas Health, LP Building Products, Chip and Joanna Gaines, Pinnacle Bank, Lipscomb University, Thomas Nelson, HarperCollins, Narus Health, Barge Waggoner, RC Matthews, and Community Health Systems. He is also frequently invited to speak at various events on Digital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and his personal passion for addressing mental health in the workplace.

Colton has been a member, moderator and retreat facilitator for Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), having gone through training for Forum 1.0, Forum 2.0, and Moderator Training, in addition to being certified by ForumSherpa. Using his EO experience, Colton recently founded a similar peer group experience for the Nashville Jr. Chamber, creating the curriculum, training all moderators, and managing the pilot program, to offer the Forum experience to non-entrepreneurs, who would still like to have a close council of friends for personal and professional growth.

Colton lives in Nashville with his gorgeous wife Aly and his dog JT. He loves people, and he loves knowing their stories.
