Kyle is now a trusted advisor and board member to many successful companies of various sizes and diverse industries.
Kyle has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization for the last seven years, serving in many capacities on the Board of the Raleigh-Durham chapter while participating in a Forum. Of the numerous honors awarded to him, he most appreciates receiving the “Top 40 under Forty Leadership Award” from Triangle Business Journal, as well as being named an NACD Governance Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
The two notable skills that transcends Kyle’s entire career are his innate leadership abilities and his “help first” passion. Kyle has honed these skills through myriad leadership positions in government and labor union entities, as well as both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Kyle is a serial entrepreneur and has started and operated multiple companies; his two most recent endeavors are Unite Advisors and Stealth Vigilance. Unite Advisors helps business owners get the most out of their company by implementing the Traction/EOS® Entrepreneurial Operating System, which is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Stealth Vigilance is a private investigation firm providing K-9 detection dogs for both drug and explosives location.
Prior to Unite Advisors, Kyle was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Emergency Technologies, Inc. (ETI), where he directed and coordinated the operational efforts to meet the strategic goals of the company, which not only involved fueling ETI’s continued growth and increased market presence, but ultimately included overseeing the restructuring of the company. ETI was acquired by a strategic partner in 2013.
Kyle has over ten years of diverse public safety experience in his background, including stints as a Fire Fighter, an EMT, a Police Officer, a Detective, and ultimately as a fully cross-trained Public Safety Officer. During his public safety tenure, Kyle responded to New York City after the September 11th attacks, where he provided critical incident stress debriefings to NYPD officers.
When he’s not working, Kyle likes to run…a lot!
